Thank you for your interest in the Civil Air Patrol and the Walton County Composite Squadron.
As the official Auxiliary of the United States Air Force, the Civil Air Patrol is an all volunteer organization made-up of people like you, seeking opportunities to give-back to their country and community.
For over 70 years, the Civil Air Patrol has contributed to homeland security, saved lives and property through Emergency Services, promoted Aerospace Education and supported the development of our youth with Cadet Programs. CAP performs 95% of our nation’s inland search and rescue missions and saved approximately 85 lives in FY 2014. We operate the largest fleet of single-engine, piston aircraft in the world and our over 60,000 trained members fly more than 120,000 hours every year.
Our meetings are held each Tuesday night from 7-9 PM at 4635 Atlanta Highway, Loganville Georgia, Behind the Bobby Boss Pavilion of the American Legion Post 233.
I invite you to join us for a meeting. If you are seeking an opportunity to serve your country and local community and have an interest in aviation, we would like to meet you.
Julie DeVries, Captain, CAP
